The colour of the photo is different to the proof I received. It’s printed with dark orange tones.
I was also misled regarding production and delivery timeframes after paying a hefty fee for rushed production. Promised 2-3 days but the item shipped after 5 days. Each time I checked in on the status of the order, I was simply told they “would speak to production to rush your order through”. I finally received an email back from a customer service rep promising the would refund the rush fee as the timeframes calculator wasn’t working properly on their website but that was also a misleading statement because it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for a refund.
Very disappointing considering I’m a repeat customer. Not sure what’s changed on their end but the quality and service is not the same and I won’t be buying from them again.”
