“Stained engraved wine box looked fantastic as did the Tower family game but the box I received was empty. It spoiled the suprise for my brother . Although once notified a replacement bottle was sent. I would consider purchasing again from you as the engraved items look fantastic. I was a little disappointed though . Thankyou.”
