“All of the wine glasses arrived nicely wrapped and were shipped with care, so none were broken. I also received a phone call about my card message, as it had been cut off. They wanted to confirm how it ended, which I thought was very thoughtful and respectful. It was great of them to call and check if I was happy with the message or wanted to make any changes.”
“I am very happy with this gift for my bridesmaid. I did pay extra for gift wrapping and a card with a message. It arrived without this happening but I contacted them straight away and heard back within an hour. They apologised and refunded me without an issue. Would highly recommend this company and will use again in future.”
