“Was disappointed, the font was hardly legible. Having purchased with the company before with good results I was disappointed that the writing wasn't bright enough or the font thick enough. Thankyou.”
Hi Barbara,
We're so sorry to hear the engraving on your glass didn't meet your expectations, especially after such positive past experiences with us. Your feedback is really valuable, and our team has already reached out to better understand the issue and find a solution.
We appreciate your continued support and hope you'll reply with further details/Images so we can have the opportunity to turn this around for you.
Thanks,
Team PF
“Hey, thank you my wine glass is lovely. I purchased 2 very similar for fathers day and I broke one so this purchase was its replacement. Only being a few weeks apart in ordering but the end product is different. Consistency is needed in this area but I do love your service. Thank you”
