“The box and glasses are beautiful, just a shame given I used one of your pre-existing templates and just because someone might be eliterate and spells one word wrong that it isn't picked up on or mentioned to the buyer.
Not I'm not saying it's all the companies fault just given that is was already a pre-existing design and it was only the name and age changing I thought they would have picked up on it with quality control, especially when it was engraved three times on the box and box glasses.
So what was a beautiful gift for a friend just makes me feel stupid when either of us look at it.”
