“The engraving was as expected and I understand the service you provide is to personalise items for people! You achieved that goal and I thank you! I did however find the glass itself disappointing. The stem was way too thin for the volume of wine it is able to hold leaving me feeling like it could break at anytime. The thickness of the glass was a lot thinner than expected too. I brought this glass to be used daily but I feel it is a novelty and are very afraid it will break at any moment drinking out of it.. thank you for engraving it but I feel you need to find a much sturdier glass for the task!
