“The urine & stain remover works well on hard floors. The smell is nice. I haven't tried it on the carpet yet.
The washing liquid works well but not in cold water. It states on the bottle that it works best between 30-40° which I've learned is true. I have a dog mat that is supposed to be only washed in cold water and it didn't work that well.”
