“First, before commenting on the amazing product, I want everyone to know about the faultless and friendly Customer Service. After sending an email to Pet Lab, I received a response within 24hrs. They done exactly what they promised and MORE. They also followed through with several calls. These days that type of Customer Service is extremely rare. Then the product. Cleared the smell and stains from my rug and lounge suite. Also, we had a cat that sprayed on the blinds. I forgot about this. I sprayed the blind and amazingly the stain disappeared. This product exceeded our expectations! It really works like it says! It really rids the odours of new and old accidents (both number 1s and 2s). It got rid of old smells from a cat which resided in the home before we purchased the property.
We have two puppies and had tried everything else in a six month period, this removed the odours and stains left behind after using all other products and it rids any little accident our puppies now have.
I will be an ongoing customer. This stuff is the holy grail of stain and odour removal. The beautiful vanilla scent lasts but is not overpowering. Thank you Pet-Lab.”
