“My dog pet bed is high quality and loved by all my cats and dogs. But even better was the customer service I received. My dogs love bed went walk about during cyclone Alfred. I last saw the text that my parcel was in Maryborough and it was due in one day. It didn’t arrive after 4 weeks so I emailed PetLab. Within 5 seconds I received an email back.PetLab did all the work in finding out where my parcel was. It was returned to sender due to the label being washed off. I then received the bed within 2 days. I am very impressed. Thank you for all your fabulous service”
