“I have been using Petfriendly since my pup was a puppy. She's going to be four in January. At the start we were receiving a box with the flea and tick meds plus a treat. All that and shipping was free. Then I had to pay the shipping. A little upsetting since shipping cost almost as much as the product. Now we receive a box that feels empty because there are no more treats included. What happened? So sad.”
