“Our cat has always been very alert when other people, other than our immediate family, are in and around the home. Anytime we have visitors he disappears before theyve even entered the house. I received the Feliway diffuser in the hopes that it would help him with his anxiety of new comers. Its very easy to assemble. You just plug it in and away it goes. Its been plugged in for about 6 days now and he seems to be a little calmer. Hes still quite wary of others but has stayed out on a couple of the occasions to watch and observe. It was a little harder to find the right spot for the diffuser because where our cat loves to sleep is in one of the clothes cupboards so still some trial and error on where to best place the diffuser for maximum effect. “I decided to try Feliway Diffuser because my cat is fairly anxious and I wanted to calm her a little. She scratches the couch regularly, has urinated on the carpet a few times when stressed about a particular incident and has sometimes swiped at me. I used the product for around 5 days so Im not confident that this is enough time to determine if the product is truly effective long term. I did, however, notice some calmness in my cat during the week “ she decided to sleep in the lounge room, where I installed Feliway Diffuser, instead of sleeping on the bed; she hasnt scratched the couch (except for the times that shes having crazy moments and grasps the couch before bolting) or urinated in inappropriate places; and doesnt seem bothered that Ive been moving some furniture around. “my cat gets very anxious at any changes to her routine or lifestyle. my husband and i recently moved house, so we tried out the feliway diffuser to help ease her nerves during the transition. it definitely helped her, as previous moves have resulted in multiple vet trips for anxiety medication. we did not have to take her to the vet once during the recent move. however, it did not completely remove her anxiety as we still experienced stress vomiting and fear around the new environment. this product is better than nothing, not it is not a magically cure all. disclaimer i was gifted a product sample to trial and review.”
“I was not sure if this would calm my cat down...he is a little boisterous and demanding. I set it up in the loungeroom to see if it was effective.
Pleasant surprise, he enjoyed being calmer and more loving. and we had a more content pet.......Arlo was fat but proud and calmed the house by being mellowed out.....It was deceiving in its effectiveness, I truly got better results than I hoped for...

“We adopted our cat as a kitten and hes always been quite shy and timid, especially around new people. I have heard good things about Feliway so I was excited to give it a try. Since plugging it in, our cat has been noticeably calmer and cuddlier and his plucking of our carpet seems to have reduced somewhat which is nice! He also seems to be less shy when people come over to visit, being very curious now whereas he used to always run and hide from people. It is still early days since the diffuser lasts around a month, but so far Im happy with Feliway and will be purchasing refills for the diffuser in the future.

“Out cat Milly hates storms, howls everytime there is one. the Feliway plug in arrived just before a major storm started, so I plugged it in straight away, and for the first time in her 12 years of life she was quiet and calm, never happened before.
the plug in did smell for awhile once plugged in and switched on, but it dissipated over time.
Not sure if it changed her everyday self, but it works for storms

“My cat becomes anxious when we have guests over and especially when we have a pet sitter over. He tends to hide when we have guests. I had tried calming him with catnip sprays with unfortunately no effect. I used the diffuser in preparation for guests coming over and surprisingly, he came out of the bedroom and was actually rubbing against my legs in front of the guests. I was so surprised that this product worked when other havent. Seeing the immediate results, i cannot wait to see how it goes when the pet sitter comes next.
