“My cat loves Catmate wood pellets and so do I. It doesn't scatter like other products , it definitely absorbs smell, and it's easy to clean up. Totally happy.”
“First order was perfect. No issues. Next order missing an entire box. Had to follow it up. Was told it was in two separate deliveries however this wasn't reflected in an Australia Post email sent by you. Third order was supposed to arrive between Monday and Wednesday. I just went to check it and it says my delivery date is NA. I got an email saying one item was out of stock. Why has the rest not been sent?”
“I got my 8 year old cat from a shelter and they recommended the 2 tray system and Catmate. The cat uses it without any problems. The pellets absorb a lot without any noticeable odours and means the litter doesn’t need to be changed every day. I did try a cheaper brand recommended by a staff member, however it had a lot of dust in the bags rather than pellets and it absolutely stank after just one wee, so I used more and had to do more work. I’m returning it to get more Catmate.”
