“I ordered frontline plus for my cats and dog, as well as some dod shampoo. Unfortunately they never arrived so I emailed customer service who promptly resent the frontline and refunded me for the shampoo as it was not in stock. I have had no issues with previous purchases and was pleased to find that issues are resolved promptly. Very good company and I would highly recommend them.”
