“We have Puppy and Young Dogs a Golden Labrador, Border Collies and a Golden Retriever. Since moving to Petzo all of the Dogs have perfect Coates and no irritation. Especially the Golden Retriever whose prior food made him itch like crazy due to something in the formulation. Their fav is the Chicken Biscuits but they also like the Roo. I have found Petzyo support to be very responsive, friendly and professional advising in advance of any issues. They have even arranged free express delivery upgrades to help out when I had started to run low due to rains and supply chain problems.I highly recommended them over other “premiumquot brands”

“Petzyo had a product alert on the Kangaroo kibble product that I had recently purchased. The product had above normal moisture content and didn’t meet the shelf life expectancy. Mistakes do happen but the measure of a company is how they react and handle the situation. Petzyo were proactive and contacted me before I knew there was a problem with the kibble and then kept me updated through out the replacement process. My experience with Petzyo Customer Care has been exemplary and simply outstanding.My Petzyo experience is such a contrast to our previous kibble supplier Ivory Coat who, in my opinion, couldn’t care less about the fact that they had introduced three types of chicken meal in to their Kangaroo kibble without notice. One of our dogs has a severe chicken allergy and had a very bad (very bloody diarrhea) reaction and was very ill. In my experience, the Ivory Coat Customer Care response was appalling and my concerns were simply “handled” with “we produce the highest level quality…” bla bla. I immediately went looking for other suppliers and I’m so glad I found Petzyo. All our dogs are doing much better with Petzyo products than previous supplier products – including our chicken allergy dog who is no longer suspicious of the food she is given and consequently has had a remarkable improvement in general health. I have no doubt Petzyo kibble has been a major contributor to that improvement.”
