“Online experience - good. I had an banking issue the first time I placed an order and Dave was quick to respond to try and resolve my problem.The big test ... Giving some to my dog (staffy cross). Mixed in with his old dry food (Black Hawk) and he scoffed it all. He doesnxt usually eat like that with Black Hawk alone so I did a test and just put the Black Hawk in the bowl and he just looked at me, didnxt try and eat it. Until I mixed in the Petzyo and scoffed it again. It appears he is thoroughly enjoying the change so we will be sticking to it as long as he enjoys it!”
“Great experience! Our Akita will only now eat the old food we have left if I top it with some petzyo lol so it looks like that’s how I have to finish the last bit of it. He goes running for the bowl when he knows it’s the petzyo going in, normally a super fussy eater!!!”

“Canxt fault the kibble other than Ixd like to have the ingredients fully shown on the packet. I donxt like that I canxt see whatxs in the kibble. The ability to manage your order is a pain the website could do with some work. Thatxs is my overall experience. At this stage I will remain a customer until I find something better thatxs as convenient.”
“Both our dogs love kibble that counts. Our Rottweiler will eat anything and everything so he is satisfied but on other kibbles he was never full and kept begging for more. With petzyo food he is satisfied and does not continue to beg for more. Our mastiff is a very picky eater and often would leave his food in the bowl. With petzyo he always has an empty bowl and is never hesitant to begin eating.The website could be improved by being able to order without subscribing to a certain time frame delivery.”
