“The dress is very pretty and a lovely fit. However, it arrived in a tiny plastic bag (A4 size) and was badly creased. It's not a cheap dress and would have expected it to arrive on a coathanger in a full length bag. I'm keeping the dress as I love it and hoping that the creases will drop out, but if they don't, I will have to get it professionally steamed.”
