“Disappointed in Phas Eight as the Ava is a beautiful dress but I am having to pay as much as I paid for the dress originally to have the hem professionally fixed as the lightweight lining has been stitched to the heavier velvet material causing the dress to pucker at the hem, very costly.”

“A caution to anyone considering buying from Phase Eight: I received a full-price dress with a broken clasp marked with green tape, suggesting the fault had already been identified before dispatch. Despite repeated follow-ups, I still haven’t received a returns label or a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend shopping with them.”

“Ich habe Größe DE34 bestellt, was UK 6 entsprechen sollte, geliefert wurde aber UK 8, die mir viel zu groß ist. Wenn sie mir nicht die falsche Größe schicken würden, bräuchte ich sie nicht zurückzuschicken. Für die Rücksendung müsste ich aber nochmal fast 20 Euro für DHL bezahlen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, diesen Teil zu klären.”

“Phase Eight has always been my first choice in dresses. I have always been very happy with their quality and style. I will not however be ordering online as the cost of returns is not worth taking a chance with the product.”

“Earrings are not ombré. They are all silver stones , not as advertised. I had to keep as needed them for an event but was not happy as I was sold an incorrect item. Also paid for next day delivery and they didn’t fulfil. I have had to chase twice to ask for a P&P for a service they did fulfil on. Also ordered these same earrings on another order and had to return as they were faulty (missing stone) they did not refund my original P&P as the item was faulty and clearly marked as faulty with full explanation they chose to only refund the item. I am also still having to chase for the P&P refund on this order and have had to contact them twice. I hold my breath to see if they will actually fulfil on the refunds.”

“Ordered two sizes, both with next day delivery, slight nail biter as one didn't get sent and took a couple of days, I was disappointed but they refunded the next day fee, and it turned up just in time.”

“I always buy a size 10 dress from Phase 8 and they usually fit perfect . This was a lovely dress but far too tight around the bust so returned it”
