“Delivery very prompt and smooth, however the cost of returning it from Ireland (€20) is probititive for speculative purchasing. I would be reluctant to purchase again for that reason.”

“The petite sizing is abit off... especially around the neckline and arms/sleeves in terms of the dresses. The return policy for sale items of 14 days is a bit off putting as i find that i have had to return some items without getting any opinions on them from family or friends especially occasion dresses”

“The shop it’s self is fab but the pink jump suit I bought is so stunning but the back zip is so fine it catches on the thicker bit of material around the middle area. Change the zip and it will be great!”

“I bought the dress online in the sale, However is still was not a cheap dress, the packaging was like a pakage from ebay. Came loose in a plactic bag, extremly creased on arrival. I expected higher standards from phase eight. This is the first time I've purcased from phase eight on line and the experience wasnt a great one. In shop service is always good.”

“Good on line shop. I found what I wanted really easily. They kept me informed of what my order was doing with delivery. Unfortunately if you need a refund you don’t get much information though just you have to wait”

“The top is beautiful rich colour and was well made. However the sizing is off. I ordered the top in my usual number but it was tight across the chest. The top is not for bigger busts.”
