“Looked fabulous but made for someone who is well over 5ft 8!It was very heavy fabric and so long on me at 5ft 5 I would need stilts Loved the design however and great quality”

“I have purchased Jeggings for a number of years but the occasional pair let me down in that the zip does not hold . A recent pair of black Jeggings I cannot wear as the zip will not stay up the blue pair are fine .”

“I ordered several dresses for a wedding, but unfortunately the two suitable ones were faulty, with one still having the security tag attached. I returned everything, then reordered one and paid for next-day delivery as I was leaving my current address. Despite this, delivery was showing as delayed by three days. Customer Service thankfully cancelled it, but I’m now left without a dress just a week before the wedding. I would have reordered to a collection point near where I’m staying, but Phase Eight don’t offer this service. I’ve always loved Phase Eight, but sadly feel the quality has deteriorated, and there is also considerable room for improvement with your delivery provider. During this saga there were two other delivery issues which I had to resolve directly with Evri.”

“I have mixed feelings about my experience with Phase Eight. I placed an order for store collection, but it did not arrive as expected. When I contacted customer service, the order was refunded without discussing alternative options, even though I still wanted the dress. As a result, I had to place a second order and arrange home delivery instead. While I was eventually able to get the dress, the process was inconvenient and could have been handled better.”

“I was sent the wrong bag which was dirty I sent it back I’m still waiting for a refund it seems to take a long time to get refunded. This bag is lovely how ever just as it was described on the website I’m happy with the correct bag”

“Please, what is happening Phase Eight. This jumpsuit has a seam in the lining which hasn’t been stitched together! This jumpsuit is £150 and it arrived into store for me to collect totally screwed up in the bag. I therefore came to find the seam in the lining as I had to iron the delicate material before even trying it on. I used to but clothing here for special occasions and feel that I was buying quality and receiving a quality service too. This is the second jumpsuit I have bought recently which was below par. A previous one in the summer had a faulty buttonhole and the shop manager sent it off for repair! This really shouldn’t be the case with your clothing.”
