“Sorry, I love Phase Eight but this jumpsuit was disappointing. On the website it looked like a white/ivory background with pinky flowers. In reality it was a dingy peach-like background and looked like old granny's curtains. Shame because quality was nice and I liked the sequin sheen. But not for me so I returned it.”

“The dress arrived when it was expected, the packaging was excellent, just sad that the belt was missing and that there is a white leaf shape on one side of this otherwise all-over coloured green and black patterened dress.”

“I’m giving three stars because I had a lot of issues receiving this order. It took a total of 8 days to arrive, and it only turned up after I contacted customer service and spent 35 minutes discussing why it hadn’t been dispatched. If I hadn’t chased it up myself, I don’t think anyone would have noticed the so-called “technical issue.” Surely this should have been visible on their system, especially given how long it took to send out the item.
To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive an apology. Overall, not a great experience and quite disappointing.”
