“I do like the dress. Shame it arrived very creased. I washed it and it lost a lot of colour. Had to rinse it a lot of times. The lightest colour is now a little darker.
If I had seen this in a review I may not have bought it.”

“The packaging was disappointing, especially given the price point of the dress. It arrived in a basic plastic garment cover placed inside another plastic bag, which felt minimal and lacked any sense of care or presentation. For a product positioned at this price level, I would have expected more thoughtful, premium packaging that better reflects the brand and protects the item in a more polished way. However, package arrived promptly and return was easy enough apart from the long queue at the Post Office!”
“I liked the dress but unfortunately there were some marks on it, the most noticeable was on the front near the waist - it looked a bit like ash - as if someone had been smoking near it. I don’t think I should have to pay£1.95 to return it. It’s put me off buying online.”

“I loved phase eight at one time but I don't buy clothes made in China anymore. The regular fit dresses and tops do not fit me, too long in the body and sleeves and the petite dresses are poorly designed for shorter people. They tend to have voluminous skirts and puffy sleeves all of which add width and reduce height, I am size 12 and 5ft 2" . I have turned to other brands with better fitting designs and not made in China by slave labour.”
