“Returns process is extremely expensive and out of line with competitors. To return an item - which I needed to return because the colour was not the same as it appeared online - costs a minimum of €20 from Ireland. Competitors provide free or significantly cheaper returns using the same drop2shop service as Phase Eight.”

“The dress is beautiful however I feel like I got a seconds version. There is a flaw in the material right down the centre of the dress and after one wash the stand up collar is all frayed. I needed the dress for New Year and did not have the time to send it back, I ended up being ill and never wore the dress, I feel cheated.”

“Blouse was very crumpled on arrival, not neatly folded.
Also sleeves are less gathered at cuff than appear in photographs.
Still a nice blouse but not up to Phase 8 usual standard.”

“Phase eight know of the problem i had with this dress it arrived preworn and damaged. I have been awarded a gift card and a free next day delivery code which wont be accepted when I tried to use it just now. So I have cancelled the dress's I was going to order this evening”

“Beautiful dress but sizing was completely wrong. Bought for my wife as size 12 and she has had numerous clothes from Phase Eight and size 12 is always perfect. She very recently bought 2 other Phase Eight dresses and size 12 fitted perfectly but this one was too small and resembled a UK size 10. She had to return the dress even though she loved it if it had been correctly sized.”
