“The dress had loose threads showing on seams, peplum was seamed at the front of the dress, it was wide enough for seams to be at sides. some uneven stitching on the peplum, wobbily instead of straight lines and slight gathering instead of flat. Zip not evenly sewn, can see weakness in fabric around seam between zip and linen. I expected quality for £180. I have to wear it tomorrow”

“The merchandise arrived quite quickly in totally inappropriate packaging. A small paper bag much too tiny for a dress and jacket. Should have been in a box with tissue paper. Was this because the merchandise was reduced? The carrier damaged the parcel in transit and was very difficult to repair for the return.”

“Normally very good service but on this occasion parcel was never delivered and no explanation from Phase 8. I phoned twice and the second time was informed the shoes were lost in transit. salesperson was apologetic but I was concerned I would lose out on the discount price. Second pair delivered perfectly.”

“I finally heard today from Phase 8, following an e mail if complaint sent yesterday. I will say Phase 8 respond quickly once you navigate through how to get in touch. Unfortunately, their delivery arrangements are poor. Two orders, neither arrived. Now item I desperately wanted for my son's wedding is no longer in stock. ☹️”

“Far, far too long. I am always prepared to shorten items. This dress reached my toes and would have meant wasted 30cm of fabric. Sorry to have to return as the quality and style were lovely. Designed for very tall people.”
