“Purchased for my son’s wedding where it arrived completely flat and unwearable. Returned but had to purchase another at the same time as time would not be on my side if there was a delay. Next one arrived damaged also with the band only half glued. I’ve had to pay someone to repair and reshape as unsure what I’d receive as a replacement and whether it would’ve arrived in time. All rather stressful and such a shame as a previous fascinator last year arrived in perfect condition.”

“Loved the colour of this dress. I ordered 3 items and they were crammed into a small bag resulting in all items being horribly crushed. The dress was too tight over my bust. Doubt I will go up a size as the skirt was so full, lots of material. Reckon next size up will prove far to big at waist and hips. So disappointed.”

“I bought a size 14 and it was slightly too small so bought a size 18. It ended up being the same size as the 14. Very disappointed as wanted to wear to a wedding”

“Alright but I was a bit annoyed that my return email said they were deducting money from my refund even though I took it back to the store although when the refund came through it hadn’t been deducted. Or sure if it was an error or because I complained”
