“Very hit and miss”

“I bought the dress online in the sale, However is still was not a cheap dress, the packaging was like a pakage from ebay. Came loose in a plactic bag, extremly creased on arrival. I expected higher standards from phase eight. This is the first time I've purcased from phase eight on line and the experience wasnt a great one. In shop service is always good.”

“Good on line shop. I found what I wanted really easily. They kept me informed of what my order was doing with delivery. Unfortunately if you need a refund you don’t get much information though just you have to wait”

“The top is beautiful rich colour and was well made. However the sizing is off. I ordered the top in my usual number but it was tight across the chest. The top is not for bigger busts.”

“Phase Eight have good quality clothing at reasonable prices. My only objection is they deal with more “occasion” clothes than everyday clothes, which now I am retired I don’t have much need for.”

“Ik heb het product ontvangen. Helaas was deze te klein, maar wel van goede kwaliteit.Ik ontvang steeds e-mails van jullie, maar de bevestiging van mijn retour helaas nog niet. Het is nu 8 dagen geleden dat ik het heb teruggestuurd. Ik zou graag een bevestiging ontvangen dat het in behandeling is.”

“Have tried to order twice now. Both experiences problematic. First order cancelled, as item not actually in stock. Re- ordered but now delayed, still not arrived. So cannot comment in item”
