“Phase Eight is a great shop delivery and returns leaves a lot to be desired but that is down to the delivery company. At the moment I am waiting for a refund”
“Used to love Phase Eight when could shop in person, but Inverness store closed after lockdown. The nearest is Glasgow, 3 - 4 hrs away, each way journey and so only really works if going overnight, especially as I am already 20 miles out of Inverness. The train fare is over £100.00 return! Online simply does not work, as many other of your reviews indicate”
“The coat itself is very nice but the customer service is so poor. The coat arrived and I decided to keep it then the next day, I realised the security tag had been left on. I phoned customer service to explain and said the item had now sold out and was simply told I had to return it for a refund. So the mistake of the packers but no alternative solution offered. I will think again before purchasing from Phase Eight.”

“Got the dress in a shop, which was dearer in the petite size 14 than a normal size14. Which I wasn't happy about. But then looked on line for a facinator and saw it for £50.00 cheaper. So I took the original one back, and ordered on line.”
