“Arrived promptly and unfortunately had to be returned. Return process worked faster than previous experience . However it would be so much easier if products could be returned in store , a facility which is not available in Ireland currently from Phase eight”

“Phase Eight itself has brilliant customer service. Usually I am really pleased with items purchased however on this occasion I was not impressed with the quality of the product at all. Therefore I returned to store as I had bought it online. Slightly unimpressed that I paid £3.95 for delivery and this is not refunded when the item is returned.”

“Phase Eight have plenty of clothes & accessories to chose from. I don’t like that you have to pay for returns though. I would have bought a lot more stuff to try if it wasn’t for their return policy.”

“Delivery very prompt and smooth, however the cost of returning it from Ireland (€20) is probititive for speculative purchasing. I would be reluctant to purchase again for that reason.”

“The petite sizing is abit off... especially around the neckline and arms/sleeves in terms of the dresses. The return policy for sale items of 14 days is a bit off putting as i find that i have had to return some items without getting any opinions on them from family or friends especially occasion dresses”

“The shop it’s self is fab but the pink jump suit I bought is so stunning but the back zip is so fine it catches on the thicker bit of material around the middle area. Change the zip and it will be great!”
