“It was a lovely jumper but it was huge I had an extra small but I had to take it back I couldn't wear it . I was so disappointed but I couldn't keep it, It wasn't true to size .”

“The dress was lovely fabric and style with great detail. However, it was far too long and was a tripping hazard, even with heels. I am certainly not a petite height so wouldn’t have thought I needed to order a petite. Sorry, I had to return as all was lovely apart from the length.”

“Beautiful dress but so dissapointed how it arrived , it was very creased and stuffed in a small plastic bag , no hanger , I ordered another from different company same price arrived wrapped in tissue no crease in a box on a hanger , I expect something that cost nearly £200 to be at least ironed”

“I like Phase 8 but over the years Ive noticed that the sizing has changed. Every item seems to be be very large (even the petite versions). Needs to be sorted. We're not all 6' tall”
