“I like buying from Phase Eight but the costs of returning items will make me a lot more cautious about buying from them. We now have stand-alone stores in Ireland so can’t work out why we can’t return to store here.”

“I frequently look at the Phase Eight website for reasonable quality clothing in todays funny world. It's very difficult to buy clothes made of good quality material these days - Phase Eight isn't too bad! Delivery on my on-line orders have been quick. Refunds have been fine.”

“Arrived extremely creased in a tiny plastic bag. Culottes a perfect length however material had no substance and due to would have been uncomfortable to wear. I hadn't realised they weren't cotton. My mistake fir not reading material detail. Returned”

“Purchase made online, when it arrived there was a large pul and gathering on one of the sleeve ruffles. i went into store to return my online order, as per the invoice saying this is the quickest way to return. very helpful staff in store however they coudnt deal with the return as they issues with the till and online order,the store manager complete the return paperwork stating the damage, package it up and even gave me directions to nearest post office to retur. Few days later i received the refund, less approx £2 to cover return postage cost ! i wasnt happy about this, tried to report on webchat but got no where as never anyone available to assist. tried to ring several times - no reply, after waiting for sometime to speak to CS it cuts off. even tried to email but that just throws you out as soon as you mention return or refund. It took several days of trying to make contact with customer service, when i eventually got a reply to phone and the CS agent issued postage refund.”

“I love the quality of phase eight dresses. Unfortunately I find the fit inconsistent. I would also like more petite options. Most dresses are too long and a simple hem alteration isn't enough to make the garment fit. The Kimberley dress material and style were beautiful but the dress gaped under the arms because it was made for a taller person. It was also delivered 3 weeks after ordering and the second dress in the order is still to arrive. Evri said they have returned it to phase eight but despite phoning and using the web chat several times I've heard nothing about it.”
