“I thought that I'd found the complete outfit for a wedding at Phase Eight so ordered online but unless the customer is used to really high heels it's a bit of a risk. I found the staff pleasant and managed to return the goods but next time I'll travel to visit a shop before ordering (I imagine that each shop has a range of shoes or sandals in stock to enable prospective purchasers to try before ordering specific styles and colours online).”
