“Was very disappointed this time. Last time bought in John Lewis Liverpool. This time online. I paid for next day delivery £6 ridiculous as two items got to me after 8pm.
Items were tightly packed and creased. The creases took several presses to get out only came out after I washed the dress I’d not buy again and I wouldn’t recommend. Very unhappy customer.”

“Not having a stand alone Phase Eight in Nottingham.Its not good that you cannot return unwanted clothes to John Lewis which means you have to pay delivery and return charges.”
“I had various issues with Phase Eight. The main one being how flimsy the parcels are packed. Mine arrived with the dresses almost falling out out of the flimsy box. It was fastened with one strip of tape half way round the box. I did eventually have a dress from them, which is beautiful.”
“Said to unlock a discount but as told I couldn’t use it on the Farcy coat because it was on sale.
I re checked the website and there was no mention of it being on sale.
