“Staff helpful in store and on the phone due to the error of being sent a rejected item. Shame i wasnt offered the clothing at a cost price so the damage could you resolved by a seamstress. Instore offered a 30% discount which was dissapointing considering the item will be binned!! I was offered an e-voucher (still waiting) but would of rather the clothing to of been perfect.”

The tape used to secure wasnt covering all the flaps of the cardboard packaging so could be a fault of the packers.”
