“Parcel was delivered in a smashed up state. Box was too small for the hat. Hat was totally unprotected within the box, so arrived damaged. Phase eight have been difficult to deal with & have not refunded me or sent me another & now sold out. Appalling customer service and the customer service agent cut off the emailed chat. I don’t recommend buying from them.”

“The petite sizing is abit off... especially around the neckline and arms/sleeves in terms of the dresses. The return policy for sale items of 14 days is a bit off putting as i find that i have had to return some items without getting any opinions on them from family or friends especially occasion dresses”
