“I never received my dress as Evri have not delivered so I asked for a refund. I have received the refund but this does not include the cost of the delivery so I have now paid approx £5 for the privilege of receiving nothing!! It is not my fault you choose to use Evri which everyone knows has a poor reputation. I would like the delivery cost refunded as well .”
