“Beautiful red dress. Unfortunately the material at the back and sides of the dress were two different lengths. The left side was about 4cm longer than the right side. Disappointing as the dress fitted well and I liked the style. Sadly dress was returned for a refund.”

“Item was faulty, spoke to customer services who advised me I could return and wouldn’t be charged the return fee. This is not correct - so not only did I pay for delivery, I also paid a return fee for an item that turned up faulty!”

“I’ve had many Phase Eight clothes over the years. Most of them I still have! The quality is exceptional. I always find something I like when looking for a special occasion because Phase Eight have a knack of understanding what women want by keeping up with current trends and at a fairly affordable price.”

“Siobhan at Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port was exceptionally helpful. I had spotted the dress 2 or 3 weeks ago, there were none of the size I needed online, so I ordered the bigger size, but it was too big. I phoned the Phase Eight store and she found it for me. She was really lovely and helpful, a real credit to the company. I couldn't be happier!”
