“Easy to order and delivered as planned. However I returned it as it didn’t suit me. I paid for delivery, and on return I attached the free returns label, however when I got email to confirm return and refund £1.95 was knocked off refund price as return fee. So not a free return, hence 3 stars”

“Shopping in store was great but online not so good . I purchased a dress that was £165 and it was wrapped and delivered like it was a £5 dress from SHEIN . Just screwed up in a plastic wrap bag .. very disappointed”

“Sadly I can’t comment on whether this scarf is good or not as I ordered the scarf and it took a week for them to tell me it was no longer available AND after I had been charged for it! And the. They told me that I would be refunded for the scarf but no mention of the postage that I’d paid!! I did eventually get it back but if I hadn’t contacted them I wouldn’t have!! Not good enough!”
