“The dress is lovely but delivered in a plastic bag and was extremely creased. Not what I expect when paying nearly £230 for a dress. I will not order from phase eight again. I have bought from a company of a similar standard and the clothes arrived boxed with tissue paper. A much better service.”

Long delivery left no time to source a replacement, awaiting decision about whether I can keep with a discount applied. Communication has dried up after requesting this.
