I was given a refund. However I still wanted the suits, so I reordered. By that time the 25% discount offer was over. Phase Eight have just price matched the items I am keeping. I am delighted.”

“I received this item 5 days late. The hat has not been removed from the box. I have spent 3 days trying to download the QR code to return it but keep getting the same message that my return cannot be processed at this time. I have been in on the Chat forum and been told the QR code will be emailed to me. It has not been sent to me. I will not use Phase Eight online again. Poor service.”
