“The dress is lovely, BUT it came very creased on the sleeves and the bottom it was very noticeable, I hung it up to see if they would naturally fall out.
I went into my nearest store and asked for advice! The dresses in the shop were creased as well and I asked the shop assistant to steam one, they told me they had and that was the best they could do, if I wanted it done better go to a professional cleaners, I went into one and told them the situation but they said they couldn’t do anything because of all the pleats.
As it was for a very special occasion I felt I couldn’t wear a creased dress.
So send it back.”

“I love the dress but it is very creased. I am having to take it to the dry cleaners to have it pressed. I have hung it up for three weeks and it is still unwearable. It was purchased for a wedding anniversary and still intend to wear it but have to pay to have it pressed professionally. I saw the same dress in John Lewis in the Trafford Centre and it was very creased on their hangers.”

The fit is great but i'm very short so have to have it shortened which isn't a problem at all”
