“Although I liked the style of the dress I was disappointed with the quality of the stitching. There were loose threads in four different seams. The hem was roughly sewn as well. I have attached some examples.
I am not sure how it passed inspection or if it was just thrown into a bag as it arrived quite crushed.
However I decided to mend it myself rather than send it back. It would make me reluctant to buy an online product from Phase Eight. I would prefer to purchase from a shop where I could see it before buying.”
“I was so disappointed in this dress. Ordered on line. Firstly the dress was different to how it looked in the picture, different belt, a lot lower at the front and different sleeves. Unusual for phase eight. When u pay more you expect a better fit”
