“The dress is beautiful but unfortunately the packaging was terrible. The dress was screwed up and the outer package was ripped. The couriers were awful and said it was being delivered but didn’t turn up. It took them three attempts to deliver but just didn’t turn up for two of these deliveries although the driver that finally delivered was very good”
