“This dress arrived appallingly creased, in a flimsy, torn plastic covering. The only packaging inside the courier despatch bag was one piece of recycled tissue paper. It is actually a lovely design and well-made but not handled with any care or pride by Phase Eight despatch. A very disappointed customer.”
