“Ordered regular amina trousers and received short length. Customer services very helpful but could not reorder for me so had to reorder again (although fault was with Phase Eight for sending incorrect size). I then had to send back incorrect size and I Wes refunded within a couple of days of receipt by Phase Eight - so that was good. However the replacement was received but the quality was nowhere near as good as the pair I had returned or the pair I had looked at in the shop (didn’t have the right size so had to order online). The denim was very thin and the sizing came up smaller. Very disappointed as this was the third pair of these I had ordered over a period of a few years and was always happy but they must have a different manufacturer and quality is now poor.”
