“I have several pairs of Phase Eight trousers and jeans from past seasons as the fit has always been spot on and the quality good. These jeans were a terrible fit - too wide and too short. A very unflattering, badly fitting garment.”

I'm sorry to hear that you received an incorrect size of the item you ordered, this is certainly not what we would expect and I will raise this with the dispatch team.
We do advise to allow 14 working days for returns to reach us and be processed and unfortunately this does not include weekends and bank holidays therefore the 14th working day would be 25/01, if you have not received a refund by this date please do get in touch via our web chat and we will be happy to assist.
