Not wanting my money to be wasted on a now 3/4 length pair of trousers, I took them to my seamstress. She confirmed that they are very poorly made, but managed to lengthen them by taking down the hem to a minimum and cutting the elastic so they sit lower. All this so they're not thrown out after their first wash. She said they will forever be high-maintenance trousers. Never again, Phase Eight, you've blown it this time.”
