“Having given a glowing review the 1st pair the zip broke first time I wore them, 2nd pair came up small and 3rd pair zip kept sticking. I emailed Phase Eight didn't have the courtesy to reply and charged me return postage on to boot! I don't think you have any interest in customer satisfaction.”
