“The dress itself is lovely and fits well. Unfortunately it had been tried on or worn before with black stains around the seams. I have requested a discount or refund and am awaiting a reply. I would otherwise be very happy with it.”
“The dress arrived in a plastic bag like any other order (not boxed as a wedding dress). It had clearly been tried on/worn before and not checked, because the bottom hem was black and the top button had either blood or lipstick on it. I returned it based on product quality.
Aside from that, the fit was poor. The boning in the top was too structured and "boxy" and the transition between the lace and fabric was poor, covered by a beaded belt.”

Had to go for this size as my normal size was out of stock and was not sure if if was true to size or not as most wedding dresses aren’t and had read reviews where it came up small. This isn’t and do need your normal size so had to send back. I am gutted as a gorgeous dress and I would’ve gone for it if I could’ve got it.”
