Thank you for your feedback, I feel that you may have received an item returned by a previous customer. As we offer free returns these items are re-sent out as you would expect when the new stock is exhausted. I am sorry if you found something wrong with the item sent to you that made you feel it was not of usual Phase Eight Quality as marks or makeup stains are usually picked up by our quality team and then the items are removed from sale.
