I can only apologise for this the warehouse have been made aware of this issue, Our stores can press any items that arrive creased or we will cover to have this done at a dry cleaners up to £20 if a receipt is produced.
“I love the pattern of this dress but as the length was longer than I expected it looked a bit frumpy on me mainly as the baggy style is more suited to knee length and it was inches below the knees on me (I’m 5”5). I think it will look lovely when I get it taken up.”
