We are very sorry to hear that you received the wrong item, this is not what we would expect and I can assure you this is by no means a common occurrence, this is not up to our usual level of service at all and I will be passing this onto our warehouse manager to look into to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
I apologise we are unable to send replacement items, we give a fee delivery code so you can place a new order.
