“Unfortunately when the dress arrived, it had pulls in the fabric and a 2 inch hole on the back near the zip. I sent it back straight away, I spoke to Phase Eight, and received a refund the next day, once I gave them the tracking number for the return parcel. It is very disappointing when an item arrives in such poor unwearable condition.”
