“This dress looked lovely in the picture and exactly what I wanted. Sadly the dress delivered was nothing like it. It had short sleeves and no draw- string waist fitting and the colour was darker. I had purchased it on line and had gone by the picture although in fairness I did notice after the dress arrived that the written detail about the dress didn't match the photo either. A bit confusing but I had no trouble returning the dress in the Buchanan Gallery Shop Glasgow where the staff were really so helpful.
As a result I ca not fairly rate the dress in the picture hence my rating.”
