“It would be much better to have an information for EU customers BEFORE check-out about customs issues - not only deeply hidden in the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, I ordered several items also in different sizes and it is too difficult to send them back to UK from outside UK. Now I have several pieces (dresses and blouses) which I will never wear. Plus: Customs are as high as the invoice from Phase Eight. I’m disappointed about the complications. Won‘t do it again.”
