“This dress is absolutely beautiful andd a great fit. However, when spending £129 on a dress I'd expect it to last. After just one wear the stitching in the hem of the dress has come loose meaning I'll have to pay to have it fixed. Disappointing. I also feel that paying for postage when spending such a large amount is a steep cost, especially as I'd been to a store 35 miles away from my home and I couldn't get the right size.”

If you ever order anything that then goes onto promotion within a few days we will happily honour the promotion price, you will need to call us and confirm that you will be keeping the item, as once we refund the discount it would make the item non-returnable.
This would also apply to items purchased during a promotion that are then returned and re-ordered due to size or fault.
We would then refund the price difference back to your original payment method.
No one loses out at Phase Eight as long as we are made aware.
