“Disappointed with dress, velvet was very poor quality, thin and see through. Also came up small for the size, always have a 12 in Phase Eight dresses but would have needed to size up. Definitely not usual Phase Eight standard. Second time I have had to return a dress this month because of quality. Not your usual Standard.”
