We do advise allowing 14 working days from the day of posting for our warehouse to process a refund.
(This excludes weekends and bank holidays).
Once they have processed this refund you will receive a confirmation email advising you that the funds will reach your account in 3-5 working days.
If by the 14th working day you still have not received any confirmation of your return, please could you send us an image of your postage receipt, showing the weight and tracking number, once we have received this, we will then be able to investigate further.
