I have had this issue with Phase 8 on my previous purchase. I got the zip changed, cut some fabric away from the band and could get it to zip… until the wedding and I ended up having to zip past the waistband pull over my head.. I was NOT doing that again this time.
I’m so disappointed as this is an absolutely stunning dress. Perfect for the wedding.
Both these dresses were online purchases but you can return to a store. I have not had this issue with my In store purchases. Wondering if it’s different dress makers?”
