“I have returned this dress as it was faulty - I received a dress that was damaged on the arm and internally at the top of the zip.
It was reduced with a no return label on it which I was not made aware of when it was ordered. I could not keep it because the dress was for a very special occasion ; my daughter’s wedding.”
