“I can’t rate the item as it has not been delivered. I have contacted Phase Eight twice, I received a reply to my first email advising me that an investigation would be commenced and that I would receive an update within 24/48/hours unfortunately I did not receive an update. My follow up email to Phase Eight received no reply at all.
The service received in the store in Cribbs Causeway was outstanding but I am very disappointed in the customer service response from head office.”
